Rosemary McLelland is a retired Registered Nurse with over 16 years of nursing experience in the greater Sacramento Area. Rosemary have always enjoyed helping people.

The last 10 years has been devoted to beautification and healing of the skin. Permanent make up was a natural extention of her medical and esthetics training.

Since retiring from nursing these past 10 years, Rosemary adds beauty and simplicity to clients lives with permanent make up treatments. She prides herself on her timely service and attention to detail. Her priority is to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to her clients.
